Town-home style condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom features 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. There is a king bed in an upstairs bedroom and a trundle bed in the other, both upstairs room share a jack-n-jill bathroom.

Kitchen is stocked with the essentials, linens and towels provided. No pets. No Smoking.

****Bayhouse Condos is still currently under exterior construction. Please be aware that use of docks and boat slips is NOT permitted at this time; however, use of the condo's deck is allowed.

Payment Policies: Deposit due upon booking. Final balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations: Must cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive full deposit back. If booking for 30 days or longer you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less than 15 days from time of booking you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive deposit back.
