This well kept 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in Palm Harbor Subdvision. The beautiful newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The master bedroom features a king size bed, master bath suite, desk and a private exit to the back patio and canal. One guest room has a twin/full bunk and a single twin, the second guest room has a queen size bed. Both guest rooms share a full bathroom. The back patio is perfect for entertaining with a gas grill, seating areas and leads straight down to the dock and canal where you can tie up your boat and a fish cleaning station. This home is located between Aransas Pass and Rockport so you are just a short distance to several great fishing spots, restaurants, shopping and much more.
