Enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening with the South Easterly breezes on the large covered front porch. Huge/tall carport that will protect all your toys. Chef Style open kitchen and dining area and very comfortable living room with 55" 'DISH'HD. (Master and Queen have HD TV's). Master Bedroom with beautiful walk in tiled shower and walk in closet. 2 guest bedrooms (Queen bed, 2 Twin beds) with shared bathroom. Rear storage room with carport access will hold beach toys and fishing gear and has washer/dryer. Charcoal BBQ located next to front porch. A great place to enjoy those memorable family times down at the beach.

Monthly rate maybe negotiable for 3-6 month lease.

No Smoking Pets with owner approval and deposit ($500-$250 non refundable)

Payment Information

Deposits: $500 - Fully refundable if no damages

Payment Policies: Deposit due upon booking. Final balance due on day of arrival.

Cancellations: Must cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive full deposit back. If booking for 30 days or longer you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less than 15 days from time of booking you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive deposit back.
