Nestled under the live oaks and behind a gate, this home is beautifully decorated and centrally located to enjoy everything Rockport-Fulton has to offer. The 2 bedrooms each have premium queen beds, flat screen TVs, and walk in closets. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well. The bathroom has a tankless hot water heater so you'll always have a hot shower after a day at the beach as well as a full sized washer/dryer. Our patio has a natural gas grill and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening coastal breeze. We're fishermen friendly with boat parking behind a secure gate. The home also offers a walk in shower and has no steps or stairs. We are pet friendly! We're 6 short blocks from some of the best food and water view dining in town. Payment Policies: Deposit due upon booking, remaining balance due upon arrival

Cancellations: Must cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive full deposit back. If booking for 30 days or longer you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less than 15 days from time of booking you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive deposit back.
