AVAILABLE ~ 3938 Surfside Blvd #2334~Corpus Christi North Beach This Corpus Christi bay front condo is ideally located right on North Beach just minutes away from several attractions, the Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field (home of the Hooks), Hurricane Alley Water park, great fishing at Indian Point Pier and the American bank Center. Just over the bridge to downtown Corpus Christi and all it has to offer. Ten minutes to Portland industrial area and only 20 minutes to the Ingleside plant entrances make this a convenient location. This cozy retreat has an open floorplan with living/dining and kitchen looking out to Corpus Christi Bay from the private deck. The bedroom offers a full size bed with double reach-in closet and a wall mount tv. The full bath with tub-shower combination and tile floors and ample linens for beds and bath. There are also two small bunks in hall and extra closet/storage space. The kitchen is equipped with 24" range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cookware and flatware. Living room has flat screen TV and unit has WIFI of course. Complex has four BBQ areas on site available for guest use, two gates to the beach, covered and uncovered parking and elevator. There are coin operated laundry facilities on each floor. This is a gated community with security at night. manager on duty during the daytime hours. No pets, no smoking. All guest must register for entry and to get parking pass. Bracelet for pool required ($5 each, Refunded upon return).

Payment Information

Deposits: 650 - refundable if no damages

Payment Policies: Deposit due upon booking, remaining balance due upon arrival

Cancellations: Must cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to receive full deposit back. If booking for 30 days or longer you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is less than 15 days from time of booking you must cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive deposit back.
