A short 5 minute drive to The Flats in Aransas Pass or about a 30 minute drive to Port Aransas. This home is located close to downtown Aransas Pass shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You will have access to the 2 car garage to keep your boat and fishing poles, you will also have access to the washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a private office with wireless internet throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath, the downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. Upstairs are 3 additional bedroom with full size beds in each.
