Bayfront at Kontiki Beach Condos offer fully furnished large one, two and three bedroom condominiums with washers and dryers. They are located next to the 800 foot fishing pier. You will enjoy a beautiful pool, tennis court, basketball area and covered picnic area with grill stations. The 100-300 buildings have decks that open to the sand and Aransas Bay, the 400-600 buildings have boat slips on the canal, and the 700 building have pool views.

Kontiki Beach Resort Condos is where you will find our Rental Management Office and our charming coastal one bedroom condo suites on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Every condo suite has a private balcony where you can enjoy the picture postcard view of the canal with boat slips available. Our condo suite complex offers an elevator for your convenience and two stair cases. Drop off your luggage and enjoy our pool and picnic area with BBQ grills. Get the fishing poles out for the kids and rest on our white park benches while you cast your line into the canal. You never know what you might catch!!

For those who chose to bring their own boat, Kontiki is the perfect spot for you. You can launch your boat from the spacious boat ramp, and then dock right at your front door of your condo. If you decide to do some bird watching, you will be able to catch many varied species without ever leaving the grounds. We can also assist you with making advance arrangements with seasoned guides for fishing, duck hunts, and birding trips.
