The homes new master bedroom with beautiful new master bath features a luxurious tub and glass walk-in shower. Living/kitchen area has two (2) dining areas and loads of windows opening onto the canal. The deck off the main area has a captain?s deck towering over the house with a fabulous view of Aransas Bay out over Bayshore Drive. Ground level Allegro room has a sofa sleeper, a mini kitchen, and full bath. The room is perfect for casual entertaining. Canal level deck provides plenty of docking area and sunning space. To the side of the house is a hidden L-shaped pool with covered cabana. Tropical plants surround the area, making it a very private retreat that's splash filled for fun. Sleeps 10. No smoking and no pets. $1,000.00 deposit. |

Payment Policies: All major credit cards accepted/except Discover. $1000 Security Deposit/Refundable within 30 days after departure.
Cancellations: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, it must be done 15 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must cancel 2 months prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation fee. For reservations made in less than 15 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay. Cancellation Fees are as follows: $350.00 for condos and $500.00 for houses.
Arrival/Departure: Check in 4:00pm. Check out 12:00 noon day of departure.
